  2.           ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT TO SELL REAL ESTATE 
  3. WHEREAS, Roscoe Samuelson, is the contract vendee (purchaser) the
  4. following described contract for the sale of real estate:

  12. In consideration of the sum of $ 400 ( four hundred & no/100
  13. dollars), Roscoe Samuelson assigns to Theodore Ungar, all of
  14. Roscoe Samuelson's rights and title to said agreement. Theodore
  15. Ungar shall indemnify Roscoe Samuelson from any and all
  16. liabilities related to said contract.

  18. Roscoe Samuelson further agrees to execute any and all further
  19. documents reasonably required by Theodore Ungar to perfect
  20. Theodore Ungar's assignment herein.
